Each order placed by an Viable Herbal Solutions member will automatically receive Customer Rewards Points.* As of July 9, 2008, for every $10 spent, members will receive one (1) Customer Rewards Point. Your points will accumulate with each order and you can use them for a discount on any future order.**
* You become a member by choosing a password when you place an order with us, giving you an account with access to your order history.
** You may not use points on the very first order you place with Viable Herbal Solutions. You must make a purchase and accumulate points before you can redeem them.
How the Point System Works
When you spend $10 on an order from Viable Herbal Solutions, you will receive one (1) Customer Reward Point.* Each point is equivalent to one (1) dollar. So if you purchase an item that is $20, you will receive two Reward Points and on your next order, you can take two dollars off the order with those points. Points will not be split up if your order total comes to an uneven amount. For example, if your order comes to $15.00, you will only get one point; you will not receive a point and a half. If any of this is a little confusing, we understand. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your points in detail.
*Points are derived from your subtotal only and do not include shipping and tax amounts.
How to Find and Use Your Points
All Customer Rewards Points will be kept up-to-date in our system. Unfortunately, at this time you will not be able to view information about your Reward Points in your online account. That information will be printed on your invoices, however, so keep your latest invoice handy to know exactly how many points you have. If you have misplaced your last invoice, please give us a call or e-mail us to find out how many points you have available.
To redeem your Customer Rewards Points, place your online order and put a note in the 'Special Instructions' section as to how many Points you would like to redeem against that order. Because our shopping cart does not have an automatic Points reduction function, your initial order confirmation will reflect the cost of your order before the Points are applied. During the shipping stage of order processing, we will manually apply the Reward Points to your order. The Points will be applied in the form of a payment. After order processing is complete, your credit card will be charged for the remaining balance of the order.
When your finalized order has posted to your online account, it will also not reflect your Reward Point deduction. The online account system views the Reward Points as a form of payment, and will add all payments together instead of breaking them down to show the individual types of payment. You will only be able to see your Reward Point deduction on your final printed invoice, which is included with your shipment. If you are paying for your order through PayPal, please note that you will be paying for your order up front and Reward Points cannot be deducted before your payment goes through. If you would like to redeem Reward Points on a PayPal order, include a note in the 'Special Instructions' section of the checkout process like you normally would, then when we process your order, we will send the total amount of requested Reward Points back to you through your PayPal account as a credit.
If you are paying by a check or money order, please use our printable Order Form to figure out your total order amount. Include a note in the Customer Comments area of the form as to how many points you would like to redeem, then deduct the number of Points from the order total. Make your check or money order out for the remaining balance after deducting the Reward Points.
Customer Rewards Points are not refundable for cash. They can only be used as credit towards future purchases from Viable Herbal Solutions.
This program is subject to change at our discretion.
However, your accumulated points will never expire.
