Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase or the performance of our encapsulated products, you are entitled to a full refund of your product purchase price (less shipping fees). Please follow the instructions below to obtain a refund:

  • If you have not used or opened the product(s), please return them to Viable Herbal Solutions within 60 days of the original purchase date, together with a short note stating what you are returning, and why it is being returned.
  • If you have used some of the product(s), please return the unused portion in its original container to Viable Herbal Solutions within 60 days of the original purchase date, together with a short note stating the procedure you followed during use and why you are not satisfied with its performance.

Upon receipt, a full refund of the product purchase price will be made to the purchaser, and your feedback will be promptly reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department as part of our continuous improvement program to insure complete customer satisfaction.

Exception for Bulk Herbal & Extract Powders:

Due to the nature of the Individual Bulk Herbals & Extracts sales program, and in order to preserve the integrity of our processing materials inventory, Viable Herbal Solutions does NOT accept returns for bulk powdered materials.   We will, however, allow for product replacements due to any errors made by our staff. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.  Please contact our Pennsylvania sales offices within seven (7) days after receipt if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your bulk herbal materials.

If we receive a returned bulk item and you would like it shipped back to you, you will be responsible for a $4.80 reshipment fee. Reshipments will be sent by our Standard shipping method. If you require quicker service for your reshipment, you will be responsible for the actual shipping charges.

Item Exchanges

If you would like to return a product you received and exchange it for something else, please send the product back with a note as to which product you would like to receive in exchange, including all details (size, order number, etc.). We will process the return of the item sent back and add the exchanged item to the original order. You will be charged or credited for the difference in price between the two products, and you will also be responsible for the normal shipping fees for the new shipment. Please be sure to let us know if any of your billing information has changed.

Incorrect shipments

If you receive an incorrect item or shipment, please notify us immediately upon receipt so that we can reship your correct order as soon as possible. In order for us to reclaim the incorrect item(s), we will issue a return label for you, which you may choose to receive by e-mail or mail. This label must be used within ten (10) days of receipt to return the incorrect product(s) or we will assume that you wish to keep the product(s) and will subsequently issue you an invoice for the product plus the shipping costs of the unused return mailing label, since it is official U.S. postage. You will be charged via the payment method that we have on file per your original order.
